Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to request a return 
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bealou.dk with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition of returned items 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Defective or damaged items 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@bealou.dk so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.

Non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal 
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds 
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@bealou.dk.
