Shipping policy
Made to order
All our products are printed on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Estimated shipping times
After production, estimated delivery times are:
- Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland): 5–10 business days
- Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas may take longer. During holidays or high-volume periods, both production and delivery times may be extended.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Carriers
We ship via carriers selected by our print partners, including DHL, PostNord, and others depending on your location.
Split shipments
To get your items to you faster, products may ship in separate packages if fulfilled by different print partners. You will receive a tracking link for each package at no extra cost.
Shipping fees
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on item type, destination, and quantity. Any promotions including free shipping will be clearly shown at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders within the EU are generally not subject to customs duties. However, orders to Norway may incur import fees or VAT set by Norwegian customs. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once the address is corrected; additional postage may apply.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost (no tracking movement for 20+ business days), please contact us at contact@bealou.dk with your order number and photos if applicable. EU customers retain their statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
